Hi! My name is Lauren and I am a Mindfulness Based Yoga Teacher… 

I first tried Yoga and Mindfulness over twelve years ago as a small step in my recovery of an eating disorder. I instantly knew there was something about it that captivated me – and aided my recovery. I was hooked.

Since then, I have trained as a yoga teacher, had a brain haemorrhage, gotten married and had a baby! Yoga and mindfulness have been there in the background through it all. This journey has instilled a heartfelt desire to continue to support my own wellbeing through a mindfulness based yoga practice as well as offering it to others. Over the years I have studied, practiced and learnt different aspects of yoga, mindfulness and other holistic modalities to support my style of mindfulness based yoga and I will continue to do so.

Most recently I have become enchanted by the connection between yoga, mindfulness and nature. I am currently training Eco-nidra (where yoga nidra meets nature connection) and cannot wait to share this wonderful practice with you.
