Time to be held as I guide you through a series of nature-based mindfulness practices that will invite you to slow down, to be in the moment and pay attention to your present moment experience.
With my help (and in time) these practices may just become second nature.

A nature-based mindfulness retreat morning in ancient woodland | MK17 0NQ
Inspired by the Japanese practice of shirin yoku, or forest bathing, the nature bathing morning retreat is all about connection; to yourself and nature.
In this 2.5 hour session I will guide you through different mindfulness practices that are inspired by nature and connection to the outside world. You will be invited to immerse yourself in nature, to (re)connect with soil and leaves; to yourself. I will encourage you to try earthing (walking barefoot), to be creative and spend time reflecting.
We will be outside and one of my favourite saying is, there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing so come prepared! We will be able to share time and reflections around the campfire as we warm ourselves with teas and soup. We will be outside - there is no loo so prepare yourself for a wild wee. Do bring a journal or something to write with.
