Mindfulness-based Yoga.

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures & breathing. Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, movement (Yoga) and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

I gained my 200 hour Yoga Alliance accreditation in 2014 and since then have been lucky enough to continue my development in areas that resonate with me - mindfulness, relaxation, yoga nidra and pregnancy. I am also a qualified children’s yoga teacher which I cannot wait to put in to more practice with my daughter as she gets older.

I also offer one to one and private small group (max five) sessions in the comfort of your own home. Every session is bespoke; tailored to your needs and includes the use of essential oils to help support you emotionally and physically.

How to book a class

In person mindfulness-based yoga classes take place Thursdays from 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Jubilee Hall, Whaddon. The classes with be kept to a maximum of 18 attendees. Booking is essential to guarantee your place. Please see T&Cs for more details.

Each class is £8

Terms & Conditions

Mindfulness based yoga (MBY) classes are kept to a maximum of 12 attendees.
Online mindfulness meditation (MM) classes are kept to a maximum of 24 participants.
Booking is essential to secure your place.
MBY classes are £8 for an hour.
Online MM classes are £6 for 40 minutes (introductory price).
All classes can booked well in advance and up to one hour before the class starts.
A zoom code will be emailed prior to the online MM class.
Classes must be booked via the website.
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the class starts and will receive a part refund (taking in to consideration all transaction fees).
You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the class starts.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will not be issued a refund.
If a class is cancelled at late notice then a refund will be issued or the booking can be reallocated to the next session.
All attendees are required to bring their own mat, blanket, eyepillow and/or cushion (as desired).
If attending an online MM class, please keep your profile muted unless asked to unmute.
